Advanced Assembly’s Purchasing Department analyzes materials requirements generated by our QAD MRP system to produce PCB's and products. We work with over 165 different vendors from the US, Asia, Europe and Canada. This allows us to procure parts at the lowest possible price.

MRP based material ordering ensures timely delivery to meet manufacturing needs. In an effort to reduce inventory and increase inventory turns, we have negotiated bonding/supply agreements with several key vendors to supply components at a shortened lead time. With continued review of our purchasing and bonding processes, we have maintained a competitive advantage that allows us to assemble our world class products.

We can procure components and material and manage logistics and scheduling for you. Our Material Management team have resources to locate cost competitive components/materials and schedule them for delivery in time for your product to be built.
