Customer Service

The Customer Service department provides repair service, operational, and technical support for customers & products. We also process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for all of Advanced Assembly’s contract manufacturing customers.

In addition to supporting you as we manufacture your product, our experienced Customer Service team can also provide support to your customers who use the product. After all, who knows how your product should work better than those who helped build it? Our dedicated team has decades of experience supporting users of our own award-winning telecommunication products. That experience can work for you to provide exceptional support to your own customers.  From technical support and field repairs to exchanges and refurbishing/recycling of equipment, we can help.
