Customer Service

We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations for delivery, quality, and workmanship, as well as continually improve in all aspects of Customer Support. We assign a customer manager to work directly with your company to better answer questions, and provide quotes for manufacturing, delivery information and changes.

The Customer Service department provides repair service, operational, and technical support for customers & products. We also process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for all of Advanced Assembly’s contract manufacturing customers.
